01 Who we are
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of internet services and the customer portal provided by IP Express ("we", "us"), an internet service provider operating in Nigeria. By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or using our portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02 Accounts and registration
You may register through our website or be registered by our staff. You must provide accurate, current information, including a valid government-issued means of identification, and keep your contact details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your portal username, email, and password, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to the subscriber and may not be transferred without our written consent.
03 Service activation and provision
Registration creates a pending account. Service commences only after we verify your identity, confirm coverage at your address, complete installation where applicable, and receive any required payments. We will make reasonable efforts to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free connectivity; service quality may be affected by factors including weather, power supply, equipment, and network maintenance. Advertised speeds are maximum attainable speeds, not guaranteed constant speeds.
04 Fees, billing, and payment
All fees are stated and payable in Nigerian Naira (₦). Depending on your plan you are billed on a prepaid or postpaid basis as shown in your portal. Prepaid services require payment before or at the start of each billing period; postpaid invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice. We may suspend or restrict service for non-payment after notice. Prices may change with prior notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Statutory taxes and levies apply where required.
05 Fair and acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, harassment, or transmission of unlawful content; must not resell or commercially redistribute the service without a written agreement; and must not interfere with our network or other customers' use. We may apply fair-usage management to protect network quality. Breach may result in suspension or termination.
06 Equipment
Routers or other equipment we supply remain our property unless expressly sold to you, must be kept in good condition, and must be returned on termination. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear. Customer-owned equipment must meet our technical requirements.
07 Suspension and termination
You may cancel through the portal or by contacting support, subject to any minimum term in your plan. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach of these terms, unlawful use, or where required by law or a regulator. On termination, outstanding balances remain payable, and prepaid amounts for unused whole billing periods will be handled per our refund policy.
08 Service support and complaints
Support is available through the contact channels published in the portal. We aim to acknowledge faults promptly and restore service within reasonable timeframes. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the Nigerian Communications Commission in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
09 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, revenue, or data arising from service interruption or degradation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the portal or email, and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, without prejudice to your right to complain to the NCC.
